Synopsis
Rinko, who works at a long-established confectionery manufacturer, is appointed as a mentor for new employees in her third year of employment. She feels the burden on her shoulders, but she tries to take it seriously. However, her assigned junior, Shindou, is even more troublesome than she anticipated! He has no charm, is rude, but he works quickly and has a good-looking face.
